Simultaneous 5-Axis Machining

For demanding machining operations, e.g. for contoured shapes and complex geometries the machine can be equipped with an NC tilting/rotary table (C- on A-axis):

  • Complete machining in a single setup (5-sided machining)
  • Optimized precision and accuracy
  • Tilting and rotary movements are performed on the workpiece side, allowing for short distances on the linear axes
  • Torque motors on both sides of the A-Axis ensure symetrical delivery of  power and torque to the Rotate and Tilt Table
