Applications

The most important quality of today’s modern production system is flexibility. There are different reasons for this: ongoing change in the production markets as well as vast differences in personnel costs, which become a big challenge in a global context. Automation

The demand for sequential systems is increasing due to the fast growth rate in the “Emerging Markets”. These systems are predominantly loaded with floor-mounted workpiece transport equipment and can also be loaded manually.
The parallel systems with machine redundancy in one process step are characterized by a higher degree of efficiency (OEE) and are still being loaded through a loading gantry with linear stroke axes or robot arms. This allows access to the machine from all sides. Separate machine modules can be switched-off from automatic operation without affecting the ongoing production.
